Welcome to our FAQ! If you have questions about your custom pet portrait, you’ll likely find the answer below. If not, feel free to reach out to us anytime.


What kind of photo should I upload?

For the best results, upload a clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face is fully visible.
Natural lighting works best, and avoid photos that are blurry, too dark, or taken from far away.

If you're unsure, upload your photo — our team will let you know if we need another one.


How does the process work?

  1. Upload your pet’s photo

  2. Choose your portrait style and size

  3. Our artists create your custom artwork

  4. We print, frame, and ship your portrait

  5. Your personalized masterpiece arrives at your door

Each portrait is made to order and handled with care from start to finish.


How long does it take to receive my portrait?

  • USA: 2–3 weeks

  • Canada, UK, Australia & Europe: 3–4 weeks
    Holiday periods may extend delivery by 1–2 additional weeks.

 

Can I change my photo after ordering?

Because portraits begin production quickly, we cannot accept new photos or swaps once your order is placed.

Please double-check your photo before checkout.


Can I change my shipping address?

Yes — but only within 2 hours of placing your order.
Email us immediately with your correct address if you notice a mistake.


Do you accept refunds or cancellations?

Our portraits are custom-made, so we do not accept refunds or cancellations once production begins.
However, if your portrait arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge.

Yes! Whisk Paw ships worldwide.

  • $10 USA

  • $15 Canada, UK, Australia & select European countries

  • Free global shipping on orders $100+


🐶 Can I order a portrait of multiple pets?

Yes you can have up to 4 pets in a portrait
