At Whisk Paw, we create custom pet portraits made especially for you. Because these products are personalized, we have specific guidelines on returns and refunds.

1. Personalized Items

All custom-made products (pet portraits, frames, prints) are non-refundable once the order is placed.
This includes:

  • Wrong photo uploaded

  • Misspelled pet name

  • Change of mind

However, we always want our customers to be happy.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it free of charge.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage

3. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will resend it at no cost after confirming with the carrier.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, before we begin the artwork process.

5. Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct address. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
