Thank you for choosing Whisk Paw — home of modern, personalized pet portraits created from your favorite photos. Every portrait is custom-made by our design team, which means production and delivery take a little longer than standard retail items. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping your custom artwork.

 Processing & Shipping Times

United States

Most portrait orders arrive within 2–3 weeks.
During busy holiday periods, delivery may take up to 4 weeks.

UK, Australia, Canada & Europe

Most orders arrive within 3–4 weeks.
Holiday season deliveries may take up to 5 weeks.

 2025 Holiday Delivery Deadlines (Pet Portraits Only)

To receive your portrait by December 24th, please place your order by:

  • USA: December 16th

  • Canada: December 7th

  • International: December 2nd

These deadlines apply to all portrait formats, including framed portraits.

💲 Shipping Costs

  • FREE global shipping on orders $100+

  • USA: $10 flat rate for orders under $100

  • Canada, UK, Australia & select European countries: $15 flat rate for orders under $100

📌 Important Information

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order.
Your confirmation email will include all order details — review it carefully.

“Skip the Line” Artwork Creation

You may choose to upgrade to Skip-the-Line Artwork Creation at checkout.
This moves your photo to the front of our design queue, speeding up artwork creation.

Please note:
This does not speed up courier shipping times once your portrait is shipped.

Photo Submissions

Because each portrait is custom-made, we are unable to accept new photos or swaps after your order has been placed.

Please be sure the photo you upload meets our guidelines before checkout.

Military Addresses

We are currently unable to ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.

If a military address is entered at checkout:

  • We will email you to request a new address

  • If the new address has a different shipping cost, we will send an invoice for the difference

  • Production will resume once the invoice is paid
